Coaching sessions can be booked to run between 9am – 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
You can reschedule up to 24hrs in advance of a booked time slot. Any cancellations made less than 24hrs before the booked appointment time or any unattended sessions will be considered as a ‘used’ session and there will be no refunds or re-scheduling for these.
Professionals who purchased an essential course can upgrade to Excel or Elite programmes and get access to the coaching sessions and certification that these programmes include.
