What is the difference between the different Certification levels?

Each type of certificate progressively certifies the level of understanding of the knowledge you have gained and demonstrated during the programme.

Certificates of Completion show that you have completed all of the learning modules of the programme and attempted all of the assessments. You are expected to have gained the knowledge and understanding of the concepts covered in the programme.

Certificates of Achievement show that you have successfully completed all of the learning modules and satisfactorily completed all of the assessments. Through your coaching sessions you are expected to have gained more clarity and a better understanding of the concepts covered in the programme. Your certificate includes your overall achievement grade in the assessments.

Certificates of Competency show that you have successfully completed all of the learning modules and satisfactorily completed all of the assessments. Through your coaching sessions you are expected to have gained more clarity and a better understanding of the concepts covered in the programme. You are also expected to have produced a credible deliverable which has been reviewed over the course of the coaching sessions. Your certificate includes your overall achievement grade in assessments. Your certificate also demonstrates that your competency has been independently validated by your coach and you have successfully applied the knowledge gained during the programme.
