What is the format of the assessments?

The assessments are all conducted online and include a number of question types and formats designed to test the learner knowledge and understanding of the learning content. The question types can include multiple-choice, fill in the blanks, true or false, or drag and drop. Some questions are scenario based questions where the learner needs to apply the learning to a defined business scenario. These are all marked assessments with different weighting based on the complexity and type of the question. The only exception being the mock assessment where it is specified as a sample assessment that is not graded or included in your final results.
