I have lost/forgotten my login password, what should I do?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset it and create a new one. On the login screen, click on the “Lost your password”. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to create the account in the first place. You will be sent an email to create a new password for your account.

Please note you will need access to the email account that you used to set up your profile in order to create a new password.
