How long do I have to complete an e-learning training course

The training courses you purchase from the Centre of Excellence in B2B Marketing have a limited time access to the programme content and assessments. Depending on the programme you purchase this can range from 6 months to 12 months of online access to the programme, after which time your access will terminate.

  • Essential programme – 6 months
  • Excel Programme – 9 months
  • Elite programme – 12 months

The enrolled programme(s) must therefore be completed during this time. You will be able to see the ‘number of days of access’ remaining on the programme when you visit the “My Programmes” section on the learning platform.

The access period will not be extended unless there are exceptional circumstances and this is at the discretion of the support team.
